AlchLight, LLC is a leading technology firm based in Rochester, New York. We specialize in advanced ultrafast laser material fabrication. Featured four times on the New York Times, AlchLight's technical team pioneers a range of ultrafast laser processing technologies, including the black and colored metals, superhydrophilic and superhydrophobic surfaces, and high precision laser processing and fabrication. AlchLight has successfully met the technological demands of federal agencies and private organizations. We are currently a DoD Phase III contractor.

We use ultra-fast laser to create micro- and nano-structures on a variety of materials such as metals and glass at industrial scale, enabling a wide range of applications across many industrial sectors spanning from aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, defense, energy, materials, optics, and health care.
For example, we can create superhydrophobic glass that is inherently anti-fogging, and superhydrophobic metals that are rust resistant and anti-icing, all without chemical coating.
